Hi, it's Deborah Boschert. I chose "architecture" as the theme this month. I requested that the other artists in The Printed Fabric Bee create 12x12 inch piece of fabrics using "blues" as their color palette. Of course, they all made 6x6 inch fabric to include in our monthly giveaway.
I created a piece inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's Tree of Life stained glass window. You can read all about my process and see all my process photos on my blog.
To win the collection of 6x6 inch Printed Fabric Bee Architecture squares, please leave a comment on this blog post by September 15 when I'll pick a winner.
Plus, check out all the other artists and their Printed Fabric Bee fabrics.

The Printed Fabric Bee Giveaway: Molas!
Hi there- It's Julie B. Booth letting you know that it's time, once again, for The Printed Fabric Bee Giveaway!
This month I was the Queen! My theme was Molas. I just love molas... a reverse applique technique developed by the Kuna Indians. I'm attracted to the symmetry, the contrast and bright colors and also the playfulness and mastery of the technique. I'm so excited to have the Bee members interpret this theme.
Now...for the giveaway...You can win a collection of 6" squares of these original fabric designs by leaving a comment here or by visiting my blog and leaving a comment under The Printed Fabric Bee Giveaway: Molas! post. I'll be choosing a winner on Wednesday, April 15th (just to cheer someone up on Tax Day!). You'll have up to midnight Eastern USA time on April 14th to leave your comment.
In the meantime, stop off at each of the Bee member's blogs to find out how they created their mola fabric designs. Good luck!!!

The Forest Floor Custom Fabric Giveaway!
Carol R. Eaton here and I'm the "Queen" of the Printed Fabric Bee this month! It was easy to decide on a theme - the forest floor. Nature is my biggest influence when dyeing fabrics and designing wall art. The colors, textures, smells and sounds are unique and endless. I was imagining what a view of the forest floor would be from the vantage point of a bird or maybe a squirrel leaping from branch to branch in the tall trees. The group did not disappoint!
I made no color suggestions and gave each artist free range to interpret the theme. I love the diversity of the groups imagination... so here you go!
Leave a comment below for a chance to WIN your own forest floor custom fabric collection. I'll be choosing a random winner on March 15th. Please take a moment to visit each of the Printed Fabric Bee member's blog to see how they created their piece!

Turquoise and Orange.
